Treatment of varicose veins. Chronic venous disease (CVD) C2,3. Large veins.
Procedure was performed under local anesthesia. Radiofrequency ablation of the large-diameter great saphenous vein was carried out, along with phlebectomy of visible varicose tributaries on the right thigh and lower leg. No incisions or sutures were required. The patient returned to her normal routine immediately after the procedure. The clinic stay lasts up to two hours.
Treatment of visible veins on the hands (aesthetic phlebology)
The patient presented with complaints regarding visibly altered veins on the hands, unaccompanied by pain or discomfort. An ultrasound scan of the upper-extremity veins was performed, followed by a minimally invasive procedure: endovenous laser ablation of several veins in the hands and forearms, and ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy of small hand veins.
Comprehensive treatment of varicose veins of the left lower leg (CVD C2–C3)
Endovenous laser ablation of the small saphenous vein, phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy of affected visible tributaries on the lower leg were performed. The result: healthy veins and legs free from heaviness or swelling, with the legs regaining a smooth contour and a healthy appearance.

Apparent varicose veins on the thigh (posterior leg side); patient complaints included discomfort during sports activities and long trips, as well as cramps and a sensation of heaviness in the limb, particularly in the evening. Endovenous laser ablation and miniphlebectomy were performed under local anesthesia. No incisions or sutures were required. The patient immediately returned to their normal daily routine and work.

Patient has a long history of varicose disease. Due to contraindications for general and spinal anesthesia, she had long refused surgery. The deep veins - no pathology. Treatment was performed under local anesthesia, consisting of endovenous laser ablation of the affected great saphenous vein, miniphlebectomy of visible varicose tributaries, and sclerotherapy of veins on the lower leg. No incisions or sutures. Patient returned to her normal routine immediately after the procedure.

Facial Vein Treatment with Nd:YAG and IPL Laser
Visible vessels on the skin of the nose were treated with Nd:YAG and IPL lasers. The mild redness right after the procedure is a normal skin reaction that fades within a few hours.
